    the font with regards to the “Bs, Ps, Os, and Ds” wasn’t the best, however it was nice to see the scenery in such a high quality

    another quality vid but i can’t help but notice some of the scene’s seem like its just the background video and you used a modelviewer to paste the characters over the top.

    Hi Zerres,

    All shots were unaltered in-game footage captured exclusively with fraps. The high quality footage, which may be throwing you off, can be explained by a few things.

    1) I am capturing footage in 1920×1200 resolution and natively importing the footage uncompressed into my editing software

    2) I am running the beta client with a new DX11 mode being experimented with in the Beta.

    The only alteration to the source video are the text titles placed on top of the image.

    Here are the beta patch notes in regards to graphical improvements:

    Experimental support for DX11 (can be enabled by passing ‘-d3d11’ on the command line or adding SET gxApi “d3d11″ to the Config.WTF file).
    OpenGL Hardware Cursor support (can be enabled on the Video Resolution Panel).
    Improved water and lava rendering system (enabled by the Liquid Detail slider on the Video Effects Panel)

    0 = Classic Water
    1 = New Water (fake reflections)
    2 = New Water (ocean has real reflection for terrain)
    These values are likely to change during Beta.

    Dynamic Sunshafts effect (enabled by the Sunshafts option on the Video Effects Panel).

    going back and watching it again i can see now that its all legit. At first look some of the darker scenes are harder to see the character shadows.
